Sometimes when I go to the South Jetty in Venice, Florida the color of the water is absolutely breathtaking! This was one of those beautiful color moments I have seen. This is a view of Venice Beach, condos, and the Venice Fishing Pier in the far distance. If you zoom into the image you can see the lifeguard stands at the beach halfway down and the pier at the horizon. I am standing on the rocks at the Southy Jetty where the waves are crashing in. As a big splash hits the rocks a pelican flies by towards Venice Beach in the distance. I love how this image turned out! It was a very fast moment. The South Jetty is a fun place to sit and relax, watch the boats, and go fishing. This inlet opens to the Gulf of Mexico and faces west, so it is an incredible place to watch the sunset.
